This has been a magical week full of pleasant surprises. Here's the list in chronological order:
1. Today I passed my CSP test. That's the American Staffing Agencies employment law test that certifies individuals as staffing professionals. It was a two hour test that consisted of laws regarding ASA, FMLA, FLSA, ADEA and much more. It's just a lot of stuff on hiring, firing and maintaining employees. Since I passed the test this morning, I am now allowed to sign my name as Carnealian, C.S.P. Whoo, mysterious letters after my name. Maybe I'll go by Carnealian, B.A., C.S.P. Double-wow them!
2. My dear friend and her husband welcomed their first child into the world today. Mr. Caleb was born this morning. Welcome to the world, Caleb!
3. Nittanybri settles on the sale of his house on Thursday. Zip-a-dee-doo-da!
4. Finally, on Friday, Dean over at Sisyphus Today is going to be tying the knot with his lovely gal. I love a wedding! Be sure to find his link on the right and wish him well.
