We went to Ocean City, Maryland for the weekend in spite of Hanna making a big deal out of things on Saturday. It really wasn't that bad, but Saturday was a wash. Sunday was beautiful and we spent the day on Assateague Island, home to the wild horses. We took the dog with us this weekend so we had to go to a dog friendly beach. Jasmine didn't have as much fun as we hoped she would. She wasn't quite sure about those waves. We did get to see some horses and lots of dogs. Here are a few of my favorite pics from the weekend.

PRETTY horses. They are wild you say? I'd never heard of that island before. Wow.
I've spent SO many hours of my life looking for dog-friendly beaches! Dario has been all over Florida and on our Labor Day trip we even took our diabetic cat w/us - insulin and all. How wonderful are pet-friendly hotels?!
