Funeral Crashing

If this should ever become an Olympic sport, I think that the Lt. Governor of PA should certainly win the gold!

Recently, Catherine Baker-Knoll thought it was a good idea to attend (uninvited) the funeral of a marine killed in Iraq on July 10. He was from PA and she swears, (cross her heart and hope to die) that it was not intended as a political stunt. Reeeaaalllyyy....

It seems that Kate shows up, leaves her BUSINESS CARD and without even spending time with the grieving wife or parents, turned to the news cameras and began a press conference where she expressed that "our goverment is opposed to this war." Reeeeaalllly....

Hmmm, who was/is it then that's sending soldiers to the desert? Must be someone else's government.

Oh and by the way, other than hearing a bit about this on the radio on the way to work, guess where I actually found an article...CNN! Certainly wouldn't be on our local news.

And the stupid bitch, who once introduced the Governor as Edward G. Robinson, will be on the Democratic ticket again...she needs to retire, should have years ago. Another delusional person in public office with a personal agenda.

Maybe she just needs compassion because politicians are peaceful people. We need to encourage the moderate politicians to take back control of their government.

Wait, Bush and the rest of the administration are Moderates....

ehhh. ya. venom. makes me proud sometimes to be a Keystoner.

But maybe she is right about the admin being opposed to the war. It could hae all been a big mistake...I thought my plane ticket red 'Hawaii'. I was promised sand and heat.

I heard about this on CNN also. I couldn't believe it. It reminds me of what a wise old man once told me, "Politicians are the devil's disciples."

To add fuel to the fire on this, she was quoted as saying "I attend alot of these 'functions.'" Since when are funerals FUNCTIONS???

Wow, what a quote. It's hard to believe anyone even a politician would call a funeral a "function".
